Defective product
Doesn't work at all. Product is defective.

You get what you pay for
It's not expensive and it's built that way. Straightforward carpet vacuuming is fine. Storage of accessories is poor. All lightweight plastic which is good for mobility but doesn't appear durable. You have to adjust for carpet height vs bare floors manually. I wouldn't make this my full time vacuum but it fills a part time/ low use need for me.
