Exactly as described
Product is exactly as described and a perfect fit. Great replacement part

Bad Design
While it may be inexpensive, this is just not thought through. The styrofoam shoulder pad is just that. It's a preform piece of styrofoam. The concept of shifting the rails is a really good idea. However, the rails provided are so short that whatever you attach will be touching your face. You will have to extend the rails by purchasing longer ones or extensions.
