Never buy it again
Whoever designed the plastic tube packaging needs to go back to playing with blocks. Trying to squeeze that tube and have some flow smoothly in to the other hand is very unwieldy . The cream seems to help pain slightly but not worth the aggravation of dealing with that stinkin tube squeezing. I would not only never buy it again nor could you give it to me.

Barely acceptable
This is probably my tenth Norelco razor and the quality is really poor. It's just flimsy, lightweight, CHEAP . It works and I will use it till the battery craters or it dulls out and then toss it . I have always had good luck with Norelco and will buy again, just not this cheap junk. I don't fault the seller, I got what I paid for. David W.
