  Seller relisted item using prior listing, pretending not to know tubes were bad, despite prior buyer return as testing bad. This was unknown to me at time of purchase, but seller shipped tubes in package as returned by prior buyer. Packing contained test results and buyer's contact information enabling my confirmation that seller was advised that tubes were bad. Seller lists them yet again, continuing his fraud unscrupulously accusing me of causing damage to his defective tubes before my return
