    I purchased these smoke 40mm crystal prisms expecting as the eBay listing stated “new” as in new and unblemished. Every single crystal was chipped and/or scratched. It appears these were damaged prior to shipping. I have purchased thousands and thousands of crystals online. This is without question the worst experience. I have initiated contact with the seller and provided multiple sets of pictures of all 40 crystals. Seller is dragging their feet on remediating this matter.
