Wondering what the problem is.

I have this same CD player for over 20 years, so I do know how to operate them. I spent over 9 hours transferring 400 cds to the new one and typing all the titles. The table only turns less than 1/4 of the way when plugged in. It sounds like it is hung up somewhere. I have not had any trouble with the other ones. I am very disappointed. I think I might order new belts for my broken one and try and fix it.
