Quality sound, good value for money but clip came broken

Ordered this for my outdoor runs as I don't like in-ear headphones, these do what they're supposed to do perfectly, fitting outside the ear canal and delivering good sound. The band is flexible but the earphones are rigid themselves so it's not like you can adjust them to fit your ear perfectly. The clip which was supposed to help keep the wire in place came broken.
