replacement springs for custom setup
springs are the exact fit and pressures needed for my motor where as the comp cams spring that was suggested has coil bind. this spring really helped me out of a stick situation with my 550hp super charged 4.0l ford mustang. all the valve train parts are now from crane.

struts are nice brackets not so much.
the hood strut kit showed up packaged very well and everything inside was wrapped in bubble wrap so imagine my surprise when the brackets were missing paint both from chips and scratched that went to bare metal. the backside of the longer brackets were missing paint and were bare metal from not being painted in the first place and they were far from black as they were supposed to be. they did not match the other black brackets at all they were more grey than black. i left a message on the cervini facebook page that said "replies within minutes" lol it has been days so far. i am writing this on my pc and i dont have any pics of the damage on this pc but i did send several pics to the cervini facebook page from my phone. not real happy with how it showed up. there were NO CHIPS OF PAINT FOUND IN THE PACKAGE so it was not damaged in shipping..it was shipped that way.also the fact that it was BARE METAL in some spots on the back of the long brackets goes to poor quality control.its hard to say if its good quality because the struts seem to be fine and the issues are cosmetic so i guess you could go either way with that. im sure not all the kits look as bad as this one so i will give them the benefit of the doubt. my cervini hood was very nice. they do however need to work on the paint quality control. i will have to have these blasted and repainted or recoated before i can use them as we do get rust in canada.

Melling pump pickup for 4.0l sohc ford
Melling makes great stuff. Its exactly like the early factory ones. The later ones are cheap plastic.
