Perfect Option
After my booster pump burned out I was in the market of looking to buy a new pump. Polaris now has two options the original PB4-60, and the PB4SQ, one more expensive than the next.
This motor from AO Smith is the exact replacement for the PB4-60 at half the cost. If your volute is in good shape there’s no need to buy the entire replacement.
I received my motor brand new, installed the volute, wired it up, started it up, that simple. They say the new PB4SQ is nearly silent, but this motor runs pretty quiet itself.
I highly recommend buying this motor if you want or need to save some cash.

Jaws are sharp. I use for bicycle repair. It easily cuts through brake and shift cables and through the housing as well. It still bends the metal on
