He refused a $9.82 refund of documented shipping cost savings and now wildly claims a profit "scheme" to inflate shipping costs.Buyer is not to be satisfied.

Great value for the price.
The one I bought [used] replaced one I had owned for 13 years whose temperature sensor [thermister] suddenly failed. I was familiar with the model's operation and didn't to rewire anything so I sought the same model thermostat. It's on the wall and works perfectly!
