No support from Samsung.
The product I ordered and received from Ebay on time made me happy. TV works great and all is good for now. I was very disappointed about Samsung though. The TV is three years old, but this part is not available from Samsung. Thats pitiful support if you ask me. I was lucky to find the part on Ebay. I will NOT support samsung in the future because of the lack of support for me.
