    What started in 1967 as a single contract to make the iconic white Dixie Cup hats for the Navy turned into five decades of dedication and hard work as we grew to become one of the largest single providers of US military apparel in the country. Along the way, we branched out to serve the needs of the law enforcement and public safety communities, as well.     Belt itself is AWESOME. Sure wished I had known Propper was shipping UPS and not USPS, tho. Played hell getting the package as UPS does not have access to our secure building. Had to pay an additional $7.95 to have the package diverted to a UPS Access Point. Messaged Propper Customer Service.......Was told they only use UPS and I was met with apparent indifference when I asked for a $7.95 refund. If I'm paying the shipping, I feel I should get to choose by whom. Not a happy customer!
