Good sound but several issue and malfunctioning already

The sound is not bad but there are several issue with this product. First, it's uncomfortable as the sound output is not more than a hole which is slightly out and edgy that hurts a bit the inner ear when putting on or adjusting the earphones. At least for me, they don't fit very well in the ear as they are a bit too big, so they also aren't very stable and if I move the head sideways it falls out a bit too easily. They should have one or two more levels of adjustment for smaller ears. The worst of all is that after a couple of months of use (2-3 times per week) one of the earphones it's already malfunctioning yielding a much lower volume than the other.
