Weak magnet bad cup design
The cup is extremely hard to remove. The magnet is too weak to hold the skimmer when removing and replacing the cup so it takes two hands and the skimmer has to breed readjusted every time. Bad design.

Drill out
The problem is that it is not an “EXACT” fit as advertised. The two lockkng lugs on the old lock unscrew and are removable. Thevones on the new lock are not removable which means you have to drill out the holes in the door to fit the lock. Make sure you have a step drill handy. Otherwise OK.
