Excellent cookbook for a beginning cook.
Although this book is out of print it is an excellent book for new inexperienced cooks..Covers all the basics well. There are many recipe books with great recipes but not many that cover the basics as well as this one. There were two subsequent editions, also out of print, that may be available with expanded recipe content but still have all the basic material as well.
