Flooring nailer
This nailer is easy to operate. For a first time user of a flooring nailer, it is not complicated. Assembly was simple. It is a must for putting down hardwood flooring.

Industry standard
If you need coffee, Bunn is a requirement. We could not fix our old unit leak because the machine could not be down long enough for servicing. I had to buy this unit to install so our coffee drinkers would not be without. This unit is a better fit for our space, so we will use it and repair the old one for a spare. Bunn coffee makers, pour over and plumbed in are professional grade equipment. If you don't make coffee regularly, they aren't great because they keep water hot and ready all the time. If you don't use them, the water boils off over time (a few days). But for continued use they can't be beat.
