Pay attention to your body, and what it's telling you.
I have been taken it to deal with yeast in my body, which grew from many treatments for Lyme...the Borrelia bacteria. I was taken it for awhile, and actually was feeling good. Then a physician had me switch to something else, and I started having issues again, so I stopped that treatment and went back on the Lauricidin. Now I feel less irritated from the yeast. It's not my mothers milk, but praise GOD for it emulates what mother milk does...It builds the immunity's : )
And remember...you know your body better then anyone else...so listen to it!
