2 of 2 found this helpful Not only is their monthly service plans are great but these people have a great customer service. They even have a forwarding department if you have an issue that needs further attention. I had an availability (new phone number) issue when trying to activate my Sim card. I talked to a lady that said she would forward my issue to another representative and would call me back. I got a call back within 2 hrs and the issue was resolved. My unit is working great and has a strong signal. Real live customer service and friendly, courteous, problem solving people is a rare find in today's world. These folks are for real and I thank them!
