Only works with certain nano sim cards

In order to use this with my Google Fi data-only sim, I had to purchase a Bell (Canada) nano sim card and also an unlock code before I got it to work, otherwise the unit displayed a "Sim Error" message. I was told the unit was tested and worked with T-Mobile and AT&T nano sims but my service is with Google Fi and I plan to use this device as a mobile international hot spot.
