very high end CD/HDCD/SACD universal player
6 of 6 found this helpful I own Denon 2910 & 3910, then now got the 5910 because these series of product play very well for all format of music CDs, I never use them for video playback so cannot comment on it, but just for the music play back purpose, they are very well worth the money I play. I started from 2910 couple years ago, it surprise me by its music quality and stability of the transport mechanism. Then bought the 3910, another surprise, it gives me even smoother sound and better quality of music output, finally and recently 5910, it surprise me more, it gives me extremely satisfy music quality, as well as very well designed mechanism. Without paying the 10K cost, I very well enjoy the 10K performance, I mostly play Jazz, and pop music, it just gives me the most comfortable feeling of what a top end CD player sounds like.

I've used it to replace the lead acid battery from my black & decker lawn mower, it works great, a lot better than the original 36v battery
