1 of 1 found this helpful I have mixed feelings about this product. The pros are it fit like a glove and had absolutely no issues in assembling it to the rifle. It works just the way it should and I've not had any feed or cycling issues at all. The Cons are that its ALL plastic, where there should have been metal inserts where the unit attaches to the rifle it is plastic and you have to be very careful when you install the unit or it can squish or crack the plastic and since these two screws are what holds the action and barrel to the stock it doesn't instill any confidence it wont loosen in the field and render the rifle useless when you need it most. Secondly, the quality of the die is poor. The mismatch between the separation lines where the die comes together looks like it could be as much as .010. I've been a machinist, mechanical Eng. for over 40 years so the .010 is an educated guess. The other issue is the De-burring of the flash left where the two sides come together. There doesn't appear to have been any flash removal and I had to do it myself. For $100 dollars they should have made the mag holder from aluminum and hard anodized it and leave the mag plastic. So there you have it, it works, BUT it makes a nice well taken care of rifle look cheap and gives a feeling it could break easily. I have kept my conversion kit simply because I need one and it works, otherwise it would have been in the trash or returned. This is installed on a Howa .308 and I cant praise the accuracy and quality of the rifle enough, shoots a helluva lot more accurate than the trigger puller!

Great product
After using the old style zerk grease gun connectors and fighting with them to release after being pressurized or having grease squirt out all over, THIS item is amazing. Click on click off and no mess!

Good Value
The unit operates with relative ease once understanding how to set the heat and length of process. I am very pleased for the dollar to performance ration. Great deal for the money.. Howver there are several things to note. The heater is not strong enough.takes forever to heat. And the controls are in Centigrade instead of Fahrenheit and I can"t figure out if its programmable.
