Great Value Video Converter
2 of 2 found this helpful I had to play around with the settings for about half an hour, and do a few test recordings before I was happy with the quality, but once that was sorted there were no issues transferring 20+ VHS-C tapes to mpeg 4 format. The playback was exactly the same quality as the original and now after almost 2 decades of procrastinating, our family movies are safely transferred and backed-up. The file sizes are bigger than expected but I'm pretty certain, if I had experimented with the comprehensive settings a bit more, this could have been reduced.
Overall I couldn't be happier with this product.
