Good DVD for beginners, or those wanting a fairly gentle yoga session
1 of 1 found this helpful The first yoga DVD I got was Rodney Yee, and it's still my go-to for a relaxed, thorough stretch. I bought this one and Rodney's Yoga For Your Week and I like them both. One DVD has 4 seperate workouts, and the other has five. Can do separately or combine into longer sessions. Recommend to anyone.
