Unreliable and overpriced

During the testing the system failed to call or send SMS to the mobile. Although the alarm went off no notification received. The system doesn’t offer dual mode: GSM and WIFI network, therefore on occasions when the mobile phone network is temporary down (overloaded or raining) no alert to mobile are received. The smart phone app uses only SMS to arm/disarm the system. After receiving the command, the alarm system sends back SMS confirmation. Also when the alarm is activated all calls to the mobile(s) are charged separately. Due to SMS confirmations and call cost, the SIM card needs to be recharged frequently. This is a hidden ongoing cost. For this price this alarm system should offer remote WIFI set up and control. GSM mode should be used only as a back up. The system is overpriced considering the functions, hidden ongoing SIM recharge cost and limited items included in the set. Wont recommend.
