    I highly recommend this seller.... I was quoted by Kinetico $580 for a replacement filter housing head plus $200 for a service call as they don't sell parts "over the counter". watersoftwiz (seller) had the part I needed for about $100. Sure beats Kinetico's $780. Also, very quick delivery and great packaging. Thank you watersoftwiz!!!

    Due to not fault of the seller, this package arrived EXTREMELY late, and the box was open/damaged. I'm very lucky the contents were not missing or damaged. The Palmetto GA USPS distribution center has received tons of negative attention reaching to our Senators office. Sadly, in order to sell/keep costs down, USPS Ground was used (I get it), the only thing the tracking number did was to expose postal inefficacies! The eBay seller stayed in contact w/me over this all but 3-week shipping delay!
