It arrived in excellent condition packaged in orininal box with all factory paperwork/manual, still wearing the protective covers on the crystal and bracelet clasp, leaving no doubt it is brand new and never worn.     I only had one question to ask the seller and that was answered quickly. The watch was exactly as described. It was brand new, with the box and all of the stickers were in place on the watch and the bracelet. The shipping was prompt, it arrived quickly and I am happy to say, the delivery required a signature so the porch pirates were not gifted an (for me) expensive watch.
