Watchkings is a small family run watchmakers, based in the heart of Devon. We have many years of experience in repairing, servicing, restoring and selling customised timepieces. We have been operating online since 2012, and during this time we have provided our top quality products to over five thousand customers. In 2019 we took the opportunity to create a new venture in selling watch parts, with our own website shop. Whether you are buying a restored watch, watch parts, or booking your precious watch in for a service or repair please rest assured that we are always here to help.

    This is the third Seiko watch I ve sent for repair to this seller. On this occasion, it took longer than expected. The seller explained the reason for the delay and provided me with a partial refund. I m now in possession of a really nice, successfully repaired watch. Thank you!

    Now back in contact with the customer to apologise & explain the situation/reason for the delay. The watch has been successfully repaired & is due to be returned immediately. Apologies & the offer of a partial refund have been offered to compensate for the delay.

    Sent my 11 year Seiko SARB 033 off and it was back on the scheduled date. It was keeping better time than when it came from Japan +/ - 5 sec a day! Unfortunately it stopped shortly after. Contacted Watch Kings, sent it back and it was back on my wrist keeping great time within a week. Top notch service and I cant recommend them enough! I'll be sending another watch for servicing shortly.
