  An initial issue with my purchase was resolved well. The item was listed as New but the packaging had been opened and was damaged. I notified the seller and they proposed an initial solution which I rejected as I had bought the item as a gift. The seller proposed a couple of alternative solutions, one of which I accepted. Given that there will always be occasional issues such as this occurring I thought the seller dealt with it extremely well. They couldn’t have done better really.
