  Its description was a mixed bag of correctness and falsehoods. On one hand, it really is a clean receiver. On the other hand it kind of “works well”, but it only picks up 2 of the 14 stations in my area and it’s unknown if the stereo light will come on if it actually did pull the stations in strong. The dial tuner lights are also blown. I think their “works well” comment misled me into buying it, and the price I paid coupled with at least $150 repairs just to getting it”working well” is bad.

  The above feedback from the buyer is unfair and inaccurate. First, “works well” statement refers to the all-audio functions including speaker selection, volume control, tone control, filter selection, and other audio functions. They all work well. All meters are working well and there are no blown out lights. Second, in order to receive a clear radio signal, you need to connect the unit to an external antenna (indoor or outdoor). Please return the unit if you are not satisfied.
