Disappointed the product was not new as advertised
1 of 2 found this helpful The product was advertised as new (old stock). I assumed that meant it was new but an older model. What I received appears to be a used Rain Bird timer. The clamshell packaging had previously been opened and was torn on the right and left sides and was smudged. The timer itself had multiple rubs on the plastic housing. The bib that screws onto the hose had light debris in the threads and face. Some of the control buttons had light debris on them as well. This is not the condition I would expect for a new item.
