LEGO Crocodile Locomotive (10277) INCOMPLETE Sorted And Bagged

Not even close to set 10277 just random brown parts

It was not as advertised. There were very few locomotive parts. It was just little bags of brown or tan parts. It’s like he just cleared out all his brown and tan spare parts bins. Really the only thing that had anything to do with the locomotive was one tile that said crocodile locomotive. There were boat anchors in one bag. I verified 35 pieces against the instruction part list out of the 35 pieces 3 were crocodile locomotive parts. After that I just started putting the Lego pieces in my spare parts bins.
