ok for the money
The hardware is all metric vs the original being standard thread. The support on the bottom of the air intake is longer than the original carburetor that it replaced. Once installed the engine started, idled and accelerated just fine.

Alternative to one piece
Nice alternative to cutting exhaust pipe in half and installing a traditional flange
