The print heads did not work
I installed these print heads in my HP Officejet Pro 8500A printer and the printer reports a problem with both new print heads.
Since I opened the packages I assume I cannot return them.
The package shows the correct part number, but the printer tells me to replace the print heads after the new ones are installed.
The picture is from when I changed to these new print heads.
