exactly as shown.
Wire leads were shorter than I had hoped; and this length was not advertised nor did I ask before purchase so not an issue. Might be nice to put wire length in product description.
The metal work was a little lighter gauge and insulator smaller than the old one, but to be expected as it's a value product.
It's been fit into the stove and works as expected.
Product received looks precisely like photo.

As expected
Leviton; its a good product, and suits. I was surprised to see the wire terminals come straight out the back (pointed to back of box), and not the side. My old one came out the side. BUT, still fit, and works fine.
