One of the few that has helped me
2 of 2 found this helpful Because everyones gut bacteria is different it is sometimes very hard to find probiotic that works for you. I've tried many different probiotics over the years, so many different brands that I've lost count. This and Mutaflor are the only ones that has ever helped me, this seem to be helping more than Mutaflor.
Some that I've tried that VSL3/VivoMixx and Dr. Ohhira's Professional Formula, Renew Life Ultimate Flora Solgar, Advanced Multi-Billion Dophilus, Prescript Assist and Precosa (boulardii from pharmacy) . Also tried making my own SCD Yoghurt and Kefir.
