Most likely from shipping handlers but I feel like a padded package or sending in a box could’ve prevented it. Lost probably about a fourth of the product from it wasting during transport. Although I’m not thrilled about losing some of the product, I still would buy again in hopes it won’t happen again tho. You really can’t beat the price and fast shipping time!
