works but a bit uncomfortable
1 of 1 found this helpful This does work to reduce snoring by pulling your tongue forward so it doesn't fall back. It takes a bit of getting used to. You will have tendency to drool a bit and you might wake up in middle of night feeling like your tongue is a bit sore. I wear it only on trips when I have to travel and sleep with my kids. When I'm home, I sometimes wear it but remove in middle of night. I keep a towel on my pillow in case I drool a bit. To make it easier to wear/tolerate, sometimes I leave one of the wings (usually the bottom one) inside my lips instead of outside - it's more comfortable but then my tongue is not pulled out as far so my snoring may be slightly present but not as loud. Easy to clean and I usually keep it stored in glass container with lid and salt and water - when at hotel, I just rinse clean in morning and then try to dry it a bit and leave open in the plastic container so it can dry.
