Recommend only if you order a larger size so it is not stretched taking it on and off
The first bracelet broke within a couple of weeks. Replacement bracelet lasted a bit longer but has already broken. No way to repair once the rubber beads break apart. Should probably have ordered a larger size so it would not be stretched as much taking it on and off.

Works for me!
I have trouble getting to sleep. I quit taking Ambien because of the bad side effects and needed something safe to take. This 10mg Melatonin works for me. It tastes okay and dissolves fast. I get to sleep quickly, stay asleep and wake up without feeling “hungover”.

Look nice
I bought these to use next spring at our 50th class reunion. Will use on our memorial table for the classmates we’ve lost, along with a photo of each person. Tried one out and I liked the look of it.
