Worked out well for me, 8 months of use on it.
I've been driving with this engine in use for over 30,000 miles now. It's still going pretty strong and I drive hard. I vacuumed the cylinders and filled them with marvel mystery oil and slowly cranked it over a couple times over several days before starting it up.I use liquid moly every other oil change.one downside was that the intake, exhaust,and radiater ports were not capped , allowing moisture and flash rusting into cylinders and valve. take your time, descale, and lubricate before use. no blown head or bad valves,had to swap Vtech solenoid to the U.S. version before running.It smoked white at first but went away after break-in.This was absolutely worth the cost. I may swap this every year or two as I expect to place 50-100,000 miles on an engine every year. If you can do the swap yourself I highly recomend this, all shops quoted me $3-8K to replace the engine for me, so i instead bought the cherry picker myself and pulled the engine from the top of the civic (didnt drop subframe).

Fits perfectly correct on my fidanza 7lb...
Fits perfectly correct on my fidanza 7lb flywheel for my r18 civic! release throw is good.i used the included release bearing which is quiet and smooth.light pedal.
i had to install and remove 2 other clutches in a row before giving in to go with OEM style EXEDY as a third resort. i believe the "others" clutch discs were made wrong (had 6 springs and their spring retainer height was about 1/2" taller than the exedy oem) as a result i wasnt able to release the clutch to get into gear.

they're as i had expected. take time breaking them in properly and keep them cool during the high speed break in and you should be good to go. the drill and vane patterns are done well and thought out properly.
