  I am writing to express my frustration with my recent order. It has now been 9–10 days, and despite multiple reassurances from your customer service team, my package has not arrived. Each time I inquire, I am told to “expect it soon,” yet no progress has been made. What’s most concerning is the lack of transparency. The company presents itself with an English name, yet my order is shipping from China. Had this been made clear up front, I would have factored that into my purchase decision.

  Update – October 8th, 2025: I’m unable to edit my original review, but I’d like to post this follow-up to highlight the amazing efforts by the company from which I purchased my Tesla-style screen for my F-150. Although there was a small delay initially, they went above and beyond to make things right. The team assisted with installation and was always quick to respond to my questions. I’d definitely recommend this vendor to future buyers.
