A darned shame!
This Pixie machine was absolutely perfect for use away from home. It’s a great size for travel. It’s easy to use and to clean. My husband said it made better espresso than the Citiz we have at home. We loved it for the one week that it worked. On the 7th day the water pump stopped working. I called Nespresso and went through a lengthy trouble shooting session but the water pump was apparently defective. Nespresso is sending us a replacement machine. But Nespresso doesn’t have any Pixie machines in stock so I had to choose another model. I am glad that Nespresso stands behind their products but I am very disappointed that I can’t get another Pixie. If the water pump hadn’t died in one week I would have given the machine 5 stars.
