All show, no go

What I liked; they shine What I didn't like; everything else. Didn't check ratio accuracy, wasn't worth it. Roller tip not smooth rolling at all, but the trunnion smoother. Just by looking at the pushrod cups, they are not consistently placed in the body. Normal poly locks will not work because the locks are reduced in diameter at the base to fit inside the trunnion counter bore, further reducing the bearing surface to hold them in place. Can not achieve proper valve train geometry with Edelbrock heads. Might work with stock heads, but roller rockers are not power adders, they are wear reducers. Stock rockers with proper geometry would be more reliable and you would have no worries about destroying an engine with needle bearings in the mix. There are a lot better rockers out there that are worth the little bit more money.

Haynes Publications 79018 Repair Manual

Worst manual ever!

I have used Haynes manuals before and was well pleased, but this one is a complete waste, so vague and general it is very disappointing. Not really anything Pontiac specific, mostly small block Chevy photos of engine bay, Camaro photos, and no HVAC at all. Not what I have come to expect from Haynes! Save your money and buy something else, I haven't seen a Chilton manual but I am sure it is worlds better.
