Great value
Beats the price of Bunnings Warehouse, looks and feels identical. Plastic is not the cheap type that flexes easily, reassuring when inserting the socket as a lot of force is needed to make it click in. Comes in 2 parts, Modern styling with the included edge plate makes it good value than the all in one for the same price.

Clear Dual colour display
If you dont understand what polarity is and how an ammeter / volt meter works give this product a miss. Be aware product may not come with instructions or wiring diagram, so be prepare to so some research and have a multi meter handy to find out which 2 pins are the shunt, to prevent a short circuit across your supply. You can not use this meter on AC circuits.
Soon as the voltage drops the unit become inaccurate (on my unit it is 3.2V and displays starts dimming at 2.8V). Note the working voltage is stated in the specifications as between 4.5V to 30V, so if you want a working display at very low voltages (below 4.5V) I suggest you have separate supply powering the displays unit independent from the load.
It may not state you require a protection diode from back EMF from motors or inductive loads I recommend one in your shopping list in case there is not one built in.
