New Carburetur Fixes Blower Most of the Time

If you check your spark plug and it is good, then the next thing to check is the carburetur. My experience has been that replacing the carburetur or rebuilding it fixes the blower 9 times out of 10. You can spend $100+ on a new blower or $25 for a carburetur. I replaced mine and my 10 year old blower is running like new again.
