I think this is his best. I particularly like the Austrian police and their roadside test for drunk drivers.

These seem to be working OK
After an overnight charge at 13.7 volts, these batteries were subjected to a 100 watt load for two minutes each. Their beginning voltages under load were 11.7 to 12.1 volts, and final voltages after two minutes were 11.6 to 12.0 volts. Under the same conditions, the Yuasa batteries we are replacing showed beginning voltages under load of 12.1 to 12.4 volts and about 12.2 to 12.4 volts after two minutes. These voltages may just reflect slightly different chemistry used in the cells. A better test would be to run the batteries to exhaustion, but that decreases their life, so we don't do it.
