  Seller shipped poorly packed.Wrapped a 15 lb. transformer with 1 cover of bubble wrap.Informed seller about the damaged transformer.Seller told me that it was insured thru FedEx.Seller Then opened a claim with FedEx with my pictures that I sent her.She lost the receipt. Seller then refunded me $50.00 which I excepted. I thought that is what she got from FedEx.Come to find out from FedEx she will received $118. I asked her for the $68.She told me that the money was hers.Buyers beware BAD NEWS
