It arrived
I don't yet know about it's longevity, I'll have to wait and see how long it lasts. It did bolt right up and the clutch resumed it's normal duties once the bleed had been done.

Good seat
The seat gives my '06 Scrambler a more vintage/custom look as well as decent quality and it bolts right in.

Worth it for the money, not audiophile worthy sound however
3 of 3 found this helpful It's fine for sound from a computer streaming a movie or background music. For true listening pleasure with crisp highs and deep bass it doesn't quite get there. That being said, for a $75 speaker it does okay. I wouldn't pay much more for it than that however. It's going to do duty in my camper where it will be the only speaker system available. As it's a small space it'll be fine.
