Is a great starter book
A good book. Is informative. Is a little dated. But a great starter book. Is contains a lot of really good recipes.

Yes if you NEED to make vinyard wines at home. Too technical for average home winemaker i think.
A decent book but a little dated and most people aren't gonna want to spend money to make vineyard quality wines at home.

EXCELLENT VALUE. EXCELLENT READ.
This book is not the newest or latest book on home wine making but it is still essential to any person's collection that is just starting out because it has great fundamentals. An easy read. A quick read. You can access everything you know , one need to know quickly. I quit wine making for a while so this was a great refresher. Is very highly recommended. I wish I had found this Book the first time around.
