Best allround multitool
Leatherman is the industry leader for a reason. Quality and clever design at a fair price. Ok, that's three reasons. Heaps of tools and very convenient single hand opening tools on the outside. This is what swayed me over the Rebar model, which is also an excellent model which has better wire cutters and a superior bit driver. It's also lighter and cheaper... The cons of the wave are its weight which makes the pouch a must for EDC. It's a brick of metal in your pocket! Another con is the use of a budget steel in the knife blades (420hc) which is pretty soft and will require more frequent sharpening. Still, more expensive steel would add to the price and most users will alternate between the serrated blade and normal blade and probably only subject them to light use. Team the wave with a nice knife and you'd be set. Love my Wave and highly recommend it but look at a few of their other models which may better suit individual needs and preferences. Do not waste your time with other manufacturers or the plethora of knock-offs.

2 of 2 found this helpful While they are quite thin, these foams soak up a heap of waste. I use them in canister filters and they do a great job as a medium/fine foam. I do find the coarser foams don't do much, so I plan on using more of this foam which I feel will give a better result mechanically and biologically. They are lasting well but they are so cheap you could swap them out regularly.

Ultimate beater hlade
This thing is surprisingly comfortable in hand and inspires confidence in the user. It is great to throw and is so affordable, you should probably get a few. The sheath is good too. Beater blade? Back up knife? Car/truck knife? Yes.
