Evil Empire Rage Against The Machine

Sadly, still relevant

I bought this album when it came out years ago. At the time it spoke to my teenage angst, anti-authoritarian sensibilities (stupid adults). As I listen to the lyrics now, as an adult, it is saddening to find that they are more relevant than ever. From the treatment of indigenous people and people of color, to the two-faced, corporate owned politicians stinking up Capitol Hill with the carcasses of what little honor they had, this album still calls it out and hits hard. My teenage angst was replaced by disappointment in a flawed system, then replaced by disgust at the lip service we're continually insulted with. So while I ponder what we can do to improve our world for everyone and put an end to the mockeries of justice we see on a daily basis, this album is my soundtrack. It's a darn good one, too.

Great pictures, but the lighting needs to be right.

This lens is a great product at a great price. It's low light performance isn't the best, which does lead to missed shots at times. However, if you have good lighting you can't go wrong. I've taken some great photos with it already and for the money I highly recommend it.
